Package information is based on pages 4-6 of the Kings Cabins guide. Final materials vary by selected plan, log profile, roof design, second-floor needs, options, and delivery requirements.
The Superior material list includes floor system materials, log walls, dormers, gables, roof system materials, porch/deck materials, interior partitions, second-floor materials, windows, doors, plans, and selected miscellaneous materials.
The guide separates the Superior Complete Package and Builder's Package as package paths for pricing and construction planning.
The roof system page shows heavy timber rafters, ridge beam, collar ties, tongue-and-groove decking, R-30 insulation, OSB sheathing, felt paper, and 30-year asphalt roof shingles.
The second-floor system page shows heavy timber posts, ridge beam girder, floor beams, tongue-and-groove decking, header, stair stringer, and stair tread components.
